ISG celebrates 100,000th support ticket

On 5 September 2017, the IT Support Group at D-ITET celebrated its 100,000th support ticket.

The first ISG support ticket was opened almost 18 years ago on 31 October 1999.

The group receives a new ticket approximately every 23 minutes with an overall of 470 tickets a month.
