IEEE Microwave Prize awarded to Prof. Hua Wang
At the 2025 IEEE MTT-S International Microwave Symposium (IMS), Prof. Hua Wang, head of the Integrated Devices, Electronics, and Systems (IDEAS) Group, and his team received the prestigious IEEE Microwave Prize.
The paper titled “A Coupler Balun Load-Modulated Power Amplifier With Extremely Wide Bandwidth” earned the IEEE Microwave Prize. Awarded annually, this honour recognises the most significant contribution by a published paper to the microwave field. Congratulations to Prof. Hua Wang, head of the Integrated Devices, Electronics, and Systems (IDEAS) Group, and his team.
