Julien Thomas, former Master student at the High Voltage Lab, received the IEEE PES Student Prize Paper Award 2015 in Honor of T. Burke Hayes for his paper "Small scale HVDC circuit breaker".

The prize for the paper, which is based on his master thesis on "Small scale testing of HVDC circuit breaker", was handed over at the IEEE PES General Meeting in Denver, Colorado.
