SAFARI Research Group receives DSN 2025 Test of Time Award
The SAFARI Research Group, headed by Prof. Onur Mutlu, has been awarded the Test of Time Award at the 55th IEEE/IFIP International Conference on Dependable Systems and Networks.
The Test of Time Award honours the SAFARI Research Group’s joint paper “AVATAR: A Variable-Retention-Time (VRT) Aware Refresh for DRAM Systems”, published at the 45th IEEE/IFIP International Conference on Dependable Systems and Networks.
The DSN Test of Time Award recognizes two outstanding papers presented 10 years ago at DSN, which have had a sustained and important impact on the theory and/or practice of dependable systems and networks computing research. The award will be presented at DSN 2025 in Naples, Italy, June 23-26.
