Degree Request
The degree request can be submitted once the minimum number of credits required in each category as specified in the study regulations has been achieved and a valid learning agreement is available. As soon as this is the case, a corresponding message will be displayed in myStudies ("You have sufficient credit points to submit your request to issue the degree").
Important: The (valid) learning agreement must contain the same courses as the degree request.
For the Master's degrees in Electrical Engineering and Information Technology, Biomedical Engineering, Energy Science and Technology, and Quantum Engineering, a maximum of 130 ECTS credits can be listed on the final transcript. Except for GESS subjects, only subjects agreed upon in the learning agreement can be taken into account. Additional subjects can be listed on the supplement to the final transcript.
The diploma application is submitted via myStudies.
The next Master's Graduation Ceremony will take place on Friday, 2 July 2027.
Conditions for participation and further details:
- Deadline for degree request: To participate in the Master's Graduation Ceremony 2027, a valid degree request must have been submitted (myStudies) by the end of April 2027 (Date tbc).
- The invitations will be sent in May 2027 to the private email address entered in myStudies.
- Each graduate can bring up to 2 guests to the event.
- The group photo of the graduates will be taken at 3:45 p.m. The official ceremony begins at 4:30 p.m.
