By Taxi
If you take a taxi, ask the driver to take you to “Gloriastrasse 35” in Zurich. The fare is approximately CHF 60.00.

By Train
Trains run every 15–20 minutes from the airport to the main station (or ‘HB’ for short); the journey takes around 10 minutes. A ticket costs approx. CHF 7.– (Zone 110 + airport). The train station is located in the basement of the terminal where you arrive. Please buy a ticket before boarding the train. Ticket offices and ticket machines are located one floor above the platforms. At the ticket machine, enter the code 8000 for Zurich. If you buy a ticket for 3 zones (the city of Zurich counts as 2 zones), the subsequent tram journey is already included in the price.

By Tram
At the main station, follow the signs to tram line 6 (towards “Zoo”). Please buy a ticket from the machine before boarding. The journey takes about 10 minutes. Get off at the “Voltastrasse” stop. From there, walk back a few steps to the main entrance of the Department of Information Technology and Electrical Engineering (ETZ building). The building is open from 6.30 am to 7.30 pm.
