Studienwoche 2018
During the event "ETH Studienwoche 2018” from 4-8 June, 30 high school students had the opportunity to get in touch with students and scientists from the two engineering departments Information Technology and Electrical Engineering (D-ITET) as well as Mechanical Engineering and Process Engineering (D-MAVT).
Specialists from D-ITET (Norbert Felber, Balz Maag etc.) and D-MAVT (Martin Schütz and team) gave interesting insights into their research areas and supported the pupils in creating their personal pulse oximeter in combination with an app. In this way, they had the chance to understand more clearly how the two disciplines work together and which aspects were most interesting for choosing a field of studies at ETH Zurich.
