Minesh Patel receives Best Paper Award
Minesh Patel, a doctoral student in Onur Mutlu’s SAFARI group, received a Best Paper Award at the 53rd International Symposium on Microarchitecture (MICRO).
The full title of his paper is "Bit-Exact ECC Recovery (BEER): Determining DRAM On-Die ECC Functions by Exploiting DRAM Data Retention Characteristics".
